Money gone but virtual card still empty 😡

Yesterday i loaded my virtual card to buy online but it kept on declining then suddenly i couldn't find it when i pressed virtual card.

I waited for few hours and went back and found it but the balance was 00.00 when i check my money its out of my account to virtual card. I've waited and waited but it didn't return, i then decided to go to the branch to find out whats wrong they called the Internet banking team who promised to fix and return my money but still nothing has been done.

Bring back my money i don't have to wait days to get my money if its not hounering fees that are ridiculous its our money disappearing. The whole R2800 seriously
