Money from my fix deposit

Good morning I am a very unhappy standard bank customer. I opened a fix deposit account in October 2014 as well as a money market I deposited an amount of 27000.00 in fixed dep and 20000.00 in money market. I took money from the money market account frequently, but never from the fix dep. On the 3rd of February and amount of 23300.00 was transferred to my account. I logged into my account the 4th of February and saw the money cam from my fixed deposit. I never went to the bank to request them to transfer this money and still it is not the full 27000.00 there is a diff of 3700.00. On Saturday the 14th February I went to Standard bank Brixton to have the money transferred back to my fixed deposit account. The lady at enquiries told me that the account was closed, so I asked her how can the account be closed if i deposited 27000.00 and only 23300.00 was transferred to my cheque account what happened to the 3700.00. She said she would logg a query and gave me this ref no ***. I received an sms on my phone with the ref no and date when I would get a response from the bank. I was suppose to have feedback by Thurs 19th Feb (today). They are still checking I need feedback urgent.
