Money from discovery wrong account

Money from my medical aid was deposited to my standard bank account which was recycled and made into a business account after been beaten around the busy by standard they asked me to go to the branch which i did then a consultant helped and she gave me the best service that i could ask for her name was Yenziwe.Shabalala she is good at her job she called the business banker Antoinette.Naidoo she just said we shud send an email and till now I sent her another email and we have no response what kind of a business banker is this i know the client is alway frist and always right but this case its diffrent she just has to transfer my money they did not enquire when the money was pout in but now when its time to give it back the have an issue.
