Money disappears from Standar bank
The 3rd of Oct an immediate payment was made to me from FNB. I have the proof of payment and it went through Today is the 4th of November but that payment still does not show in my bank account. I contacted the Call centre of Standard bank they say the problem is with FNB but they are NOT prepared to investigate. FNB says the money is out of the account so it must be with Standard bank. In other words NOBODY is lifting a finger to find that money. Besides the fact that the banks switch off there computers in the weekends they now also start playing dirty tricks by not helping the customer and blaming each other. In the mean time my money is gone / ******?? from Standard bank. .

05 Nov 2021, 21:41Sorry Standard Bank.
This afternoon I learned that it is the FNB which is "F & ^ % ing" up. Their computers are off already the whole week. Today my business partner received a SMS that the computers of FNB are off line.
This tells you about the quality of the bank. Even the people in the Melrose Shopping Centre were not aware of it. That is how the top management gives information through to the people on the floor. What a peanut company this FNB.
I would not open an account at FNB even not if it would be for free.

05 Nov 2021, 21:43You can see that ONLY Standard bank reacted. FNB does not bother because they know they are a s . . t bank and totally inferior to the rest of the banks.
