Money disappeared out of my Standard bank account
Good day On 24 Nov 2014 at 23h46 R3000 went out of my acc. On 25 Nov 2014 at 00h23 R2900 went out of my acc Case no 2014.11.4368 with Standard Bank
My case report to OBSSA. Ref no 15/12-0167 Got feed back from Ronel van der Merwe on 30 Jan 2016 ref no RVDM/15/12-0167 where she referred to the case as ABSA not Standard Bank.

Because this was a formal matter with the Banking Ombudsman, you need to liaise with them directly.
