Money disappeared from standard bank account my account
Good day Kindly please assist with this matter
On Wednesday my Mom tried to withdraw money from standard bank ATM at brits but the money didn’t come out as well as the card, but the money where withdrawn from her bank they cleared her account same time while she was still waiting at the atm she reported to standard bank by calling them same time and also went to the bank same day and now the ***** department are saying the bank can’t help us regain the money and won’t pay her back.
