Money didn't come out of the Atm.

I withdrawn R300 from the Atm and it didn't come out so I thought maybe I didn't do my selection well then I withdrawn another R300 and it didn't come out but it reported on my phone that the money has been withdrawn,then I went to the nearest branch to lodge complain and they said within 7 days my R600 will be reversed but seven days later nothing has been reversed then I went to a different branch and they told me the very same story that within 7 days it will be reverse and I waited for almost two weeks and nothing has happpened.I went back to my initial branch to enquire then the lady told me that \they have lodged my complain on the wrong department and nobody was responsible to investigate my matter"then she tried helping and she said she has sent my complain to the right department so within 7days my money will be available on my account"
