money deduction from my account

An amount of R2588.35 was deducted from my account on the 27/10/15 and an amount of R240.21 was deducted today the 2/11/2015.iv been give the run around all morning.iv wasted over R200 in airtime.of which R150 was wasted on ***alone.i need to no whats happening. If this is not resolved soon I will close my account and move to another bank.its ridiculous for standand bank consultants to not b able to call a customer back.
