Money deducted from account

I have an account that is paid to a legal subcontractor of Standard Bank. I arranged(via email -confirmation available ) to make a payment on the 28/08/2015 to the subcontractor but the payment goes directly into my RCP account at Standard Bank. On Friday ,28/08/2015 I discovered that Standard Bank deducted R29684.00 from my bank account without contacting or arranging it with me. I dead directly with the Legal Subcontractor at<br> <br> <br> We had a family bereavement on Saturday and this was totally embarrassing to me as I am now indebted to the Funeral Parlour and several other Service Providers that were wiling to help as they could see that I was in dire straights.<br> <br> I contacted the bank on Friday afternoon and was told by a Consultant that they will refund the money. I later received an email stating that it will take 7 days for the refund. Apart from the funeral costs I have several other debits such as my car to pay. I tried calling the *** number since this morning and have not even made contact with the bank. I tried going into the branch in Southernwood East London but the friendly staff there could not assist as they were assisting me to call the 0860 number listed above
