Money Debited After It Was Refunded

I did some transactions on Paypal with my Standard Bank Elite Account. I cancelled some of the services because I no longer needed them, or I found cheaper options. Paypal and the other companies refunded the money, but Standard Bank did not change the status. 2 Days later when the money was refunded back into my account, Standard Bank sent the payments back to them almost instantaneously.<br> <br> I have been querying, fighting, pleading, emailing, phoning and as a last resort, even went into a branch, but after all this, I STILL have no response or explanation and they also did not refund me after their mistakes.
