Money Being ****** From My Account

I had a 12 month personal loan with that ended 28.02.15 but this month, 28.03.15 I was debited me again. Jabulani mall branch had no idea why & asked me to call the loans department. The loans call centre told me I still owe R3361.93 & sent me to Lenasia branch that initiated the loan. The Lenasia branch does not know why I still owe them but \think"it might be interest\"". How does a branch manager give a branch \""i don't know\"" response. They couldn't give me any documentation about the loan to prove that i have to pay the loan more than 12 months & the consultant N.Sibeko that refused me my loan documents when I took the loan has apparently changed branches. Now I have to pay an extra 5205.66 that I did not budget for and Standard Bank continues to debit from my account without my permission."""
