Mom held up and Std Bank declines her case

My 65 year old mom was held up at an ATM on the 2nd of July by 3 men. <br> They had obviously used a jamming machine as her card was taken.<br> As they drove off after assaulting her she put in her stop card immediately.<br> The staff from the garage offered her coffee and apologized for not helping her as they are known ********* and they wouldve been killed. <br> My mom drove home which is around 2km and called Std Bank to cancel her card,<br> She was told to relax and everything would be handled. <br> <br> Today 11 days later she gets a call to say her ***** case has been declined.<br> <br> After I have tried to call on her behalf as you can imagine - she is a 65 year old lady who was assaulted and now being told by her bank they will not refund her money.<br> I was spoken to so badly and no one would help.<br> <br> I would like to request the CCTV footage as all ATM's have CCTV<br> I would also like the debit card slip showing my moms signature at the shop they used her card at.<br> Also my mom had a limit so i would like the proof that shows how many times the card was used until they figured out exactly what the limit was.<br> <br> If the stop card was used immediately i would like to know how they still managed to get money out of her?
