Mom died 5 months ago and they are still deducting fees

Mom is dead for 5 months already and still I cannot get the account closed, they are now asking for documents AGAIN that has been submitted twice already

Guess what- THEY ARE STILL DEDUCTING FEES

STILL not resolved, asked for documents AGAIN yesterday, when you ask for confirmation that the documents have been received, no reply, called, sat 20 minutes on the phone, cannot get an answer and they REFUSE to call back, just ignoring you

Still no call, they are not confirming that they received the documents. I WANT CONFIRMATION that all documents have been received. HOW MANY TIMES must one send documents. SEND the confirmation
