Mobile app error on increasing EAP limit

<p>I have logged at least 2 queries to have this resolved. I can increase my monthly ATM limit but the app always throws out an error when i try to increase my EAP limit on my debit or credit card. I have to ask my private banker each time to manually update it. It's been months since i logged my first call but no response. This is frustrating.</p> <p>While trying to check if other limits could be updated, i was able to effect an update on another limit WITHOUT a OTP, although it stated one was sent. I accidentally paged back and on going forward, the app accepted my update. I'm worried as this can be used to de***** people.</p>
