mMY ITC RECORDS STILL NOT UPDATE

People are so amazing. When I was paying for my car with vehicle and finance from Standard bank they never forgot to update my ITC record but now, you cannot believe how quickly they forgot to update the same account as settled. I have send them email before but up to date nothing has happened. According to ITC details the account is still on with huge amount owing. Who is not doing his/ her job now. Why is he/she still having or occupying the same job. Standard bank never used to be like this before, may be they have now decided to join the team as they say, if you cannot beat them join them. People who are not interested to do their job may please do us a favour, go and sit home and stop messing our lives. Do you know how much negetive effect you had on me for not updating my credit report?
