Mistakenly Listed on credit beareau Standard bank refuse to rectofy

Standard Bank has mistakenly listed me on All credit Beareaus that I am a slow payer, missed 2 months but this is an error on their side. From October 2021, I have been trying to get this rectified but no kick. Everytime I call I get send from oilar to oost and being told different story. This has negatively impacted me and my spouse cos we are married in community of property and we are missing on job and business opportunities because we are red-listed in ITC ny mistake. Every time J call I get t be told sorry will sort it out but nothing gets done. I am fed up with standard bank.

I am leaving this bank once and for all. I cant even get credit for my kids fees or important things. We had planned on buying property this year in April but obviously it will not happen because of Standard bank. I Hate them.
