Mistaken Identity

My cousin, whose male and I'm female share the same name and surname and not my horror shock the same bank it turns out. This I discovered last year in September 2015 when I receive a final notice letter to addressed to my male cousin listing all the debt owed to the bank. I reported this to the bank in an attempt to find a solution from the bank to address same, however this was not the case. When I returned to work on the same day, I received another letter from the bank addressed to my male cousin. The following day i contacted the bank again and spoke to an assistant who advised that she would contact him to change his details on their database. I further spoke to my banker regarding these letters to investigate, but she advised that I contact the number provided in the letter, whereas I had already exhausted that. I received no assistance from my banker. I further attended at the Standard bank branch located in my area to address my complaint, however I was advised to note my complaint on a complaints book, which I duly did. Nothing came of that. This week I received another letter from Standard bank directed to my male cousin with my address details with outstanding debt owed to Standard Bank. This has excallated beyond my powers as the bank officials are *********** and negligent to say the least. A year later, I'm still experiencing a problem that I experienced last year.
