Missing payments

Hello my name is Caswell Maila ,cellphone number is ***,i m really disappointed by the service of my bank,the money was send to my savings account from certain company which was owing me unfortunately that account is closed due to the reason that i was buying a bond so i had to changed that account to cheque account then the money supposed to bounce back to the company but it did not bounced back and it is three weeks now so i went to three standard bank branches around Pretoria one at silverton,one at waterkloof last one at sunnypark so all of them told me that they can't help me as the account is closed while the money is not bouncing back to the company,and they turn to ignore me every time when i go to them to report the matter,i really need help to trace my money.
