Missing Natis Papers for more than 3 weeks
I have requested my Natis papers for a vehicle I settled. The 1st person (Thabisile Nxumalo) I was dealing with sent me from pillar to post. Having provided everything she requested, she went on leave and referred to a 2nd (Boyd Ndlazi) paper, who promised to deliver my papers. Yesterday he rep**** to my email that he also went on leave. Thabisile would have been back on 23 June, This is after 3 weeks of asking for my papers
