Missing Money

My husband transferred money into my standard bank account to this date it’s not reflecting.

When I call Standard bank all they are telling me is that I need to ask Nedbank.

Nedbank is telling my husband that they are waiting for Standard bank to respond.

Between this two companies one of them has my money. I want it and they need to take ownership.

If the account details were wrong I could easily understand that they are wrong. But the account details are correct and it was not the first time he transferred me money.

Nedbank could have easily reversed the money but because one person doesn’t do their job properly then I have to suffer. I have been sitting for a month without money yet one of them is gaining a lot of interest with it because I know it’s definitely within one of their accounts.

Good day, I logged this complain on the 1 June 2018, to this date no one from Standard bank has called me yet. Atleast my husbands bank called him. I have so many reasons now to believe that my bank knows where my money is. Since it doesn’t take this matter seriously. I reported the matter on Standard bank we chat, called my prestige banker, called three, four times and no one can give me proper feedback. If the money is located in my bank. I can promise you now. You will never see my business again. Been a loyal client from 2006 to date but if this is the thank you I get then I believe there are other banks out there that can appreciate my business.
