missing funds logged.

I transfered money into my VAF account no. using my monthly statement acount only to find out that it was the account of a Mr R.S of a company called Zensure.I logge in a complaint to VAF call center in jhb .THe transfer proof was sent through to 3different agents ,all I got back via email was that it will be looked into..that was February...a month back I went into Standard bank offices in grayville and was help by them to call the call center once more an send once again the same proof of payment to them..I received a responce that they looking into the matter..only to be called a few days later and told that a Mr Sukdeo from Zensure withdrew the amount a closed the account.The only help I got from them was his name a cell number an said I was to handle this myself.thanks for the helpVAF and good service .I'm still in negotiating if you can call it that ..for my money to be returned. <br> You feed back on this<br> matter would be highly appreciated.<br>
