I got a call from KKS offering me a credit card. I did the application and the guy I spoke to told me that he is going to send me an SMS with a link to upload my document. None of that happened, and when I called standard bank, they couldn’t pick up my application and told me that they don’t have a contact number for KKS. Such a huge financial institution chooses to work with companies that they don’t have direct contact with. This company offers Standard bank’s product, and their service is poor
