Misrepresantation and Misleading

My sister and I took out a Home Loan with Std bank. We were shocked to learn that the Builder was paid all that was due to him by the bank. Let me sketch you a history, I have been in contact with the Std Bank consultant Lorreta from HL Registrations DBN. I expressed my dissatisfaction to her wrt the incomplete work the builder has done. I had informed her that the builder had left two forms for us two sign (completion and progress payment) Ms Lorreta misguided me when she said I must proceed to sign because no payment would be made to the Builder without the assessment of the Assessor. According to Steven the Assessor who apparently assessed the house, there was no one at home at the time of his assessment so he assessed the outside. We are so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service we have received at Std bank. we need someone to come assess this house and disapprove all the bogus certificates (Electricity and Plumbing) you apparently have. Stove not working, electricity trips all the time, basin not installed. how did STD bank approve the payments without the house being properly assessed, why did Lerreta Lie, the bont has kicked in and you claim you can do nothing :(
