Misleading Sales people at Standard Bank

Sales person Nobantu Msibi (***) called me and offered me a chance to take a Further Loan on my bond with a 50% discount on registration fees. I app**** for the Further Loan and was approved but when my application was forwarded to the attorneys it did not include the 50% discount and I was now liable for full registration fees.

This is inappropriate and everyone knows how exorbitant registration fees can be and as such I will be declining the Further Loan application. This is very dodge and unprofessional as it seems your sales person sold me the offer on falsehood that I will get a 50% discount. I have queried this 3 times with Standard Bank and every time they say the issue will be resolved but when it get to the attorneys they tell me Standard Bank never mentions the 50% discount.

She has since stopped responding to me or the attorneys regarding this matter. The same is true with the service agent I queried the matter with over the phone Nokukhanya Ndlovu.

I will post this on HelloPeter and other channels as this I believe is grossly misleading scheme your sales people are using.
