Misleading information that has an impact on my ITC records

Im very disguisted with STD Bank home loans. They been sending me sms s to say my account is in arrears. i phone their H/L dep on the 31/08/2018 @ 10.06 and spoke to the lady by name "Lindiwe", she told me that i had to pay+-R5900 for my acc to be up to date, of which i paid R5700. I was suprised today to receive an email saying my acc is not up to date. i then called and spoke to Martin @ 14h14 to find out where this is from since they have been deducting. He did not sim to have an answer as he sad " you were still supposed to pay your end of Aug instalment", and after i told him that STD bank debited for Aug, then he sad "Lindiwe gave me the incorrect amount that i was supposed to have paid, and unfortunately Lindiwe is no longer with STD Bank, and as such i cannot answer for her". I asked for someone surperior, and i was told that unfortunately they are all in the meeting.

WHERE IS THIS AMOUNT COMING FROM. BETWEEN THE 1/09/2018 TO DATE?
