Misleading information

I am so disappointed with your services! You sent me email to FICA my account at the branch or email certified ID copy and proof of residence to [Email Removed] emailing being convenient, I sent it on the 20 April 2015. Today I called ***to check if they received my documents and they referred me to *** Fianati advised me that email address does not exist anymore and he referred me to *** Mzamo Mkhize who said he does not know why they referred me to him because he has nothing to do with FICA. I need to know why I was advised 2 options if this email does not exist???? This is pathetic! I am going to pay the balance on your card and cancel all your services, so many competitors with excellent services and not misleading information.
