Misleading Bank

I am being ********** by Standard Bank, their call center agents are a bunch of *****. I took a personal loan with standard bank and through the qualifying process it was stated that my installments will be R1516.72 with EVERYTHING included, but that was a big fat lie because now I am being charged way more interest. Everytime they debit my account the more my outstanding balance goes up, and that is due to these Interest, Insurance and service fee that according to my understanding had to be included in R1516.72 and its not. I am gonna find a way to settle my loan and never banking with you. And to anyone who was planning to have anything with Standard bank, I say RUN and never think of standard bank even if you see or hear an Ad about standard bank, please don't believe it, because it's misleading.
