Mislead

I went to Standard Bank a month ago enquiring about their fixed deposit account and was told that If I put my money in their fixed deposit for 5 years my interest will be around 10,4% to my surprise I joined yesterday and their app does even show how much interest I will incur in 5 years. I also requested for the fixed deposit to be made in my sons name who is a minor but to my surprise when I did on the app it shows it’s under my name instead this is misleading. No email proof of interest to be incurred and investment not in my sons names
