Messed Up Home Loan Application

In May 2015 i went into the bank to to do a home loan application, I was told that I need to get someone to assist with the Finance, no clarity of how the individual will be added, anyways my dad agreed and went in with out me and the consultant concluded the paper work. Bond was approved. Deeds office has now come back stating that my dad needs to be added onto transfer, and yet he did not sign the otp as purchase is done by my husband and I. <br> So how is it that your consultants misinform clients when the legal requirements are not met ? Now my sale may be cancelled and I have already moved into the property. All i get told is that I need to reapply and they cant guarantee that my bond maybe approved, as they no longer accept anyone other than a spouse as a surety. <br> I asked when this rule came about but got no response on this. Again, whose fault is this ? And I may lose the property due to individuals that do not know how to do their jobs ! So i spent around R 40 000 on fees and transfer costs moved into the property and now I am told that I cant have the bond registered, in these cases the bank messed up and refuse to amend and assist cause they mislead their clients !
