Messed Up Bond Registration

Hi, I went to the bank in May 2015 to apply for a homeloan with my husband. I had signed an offer to purchase and was advised that my husbands payslip will not be accepted. The consultant advised that I can get anyone to stand as surety or apply with me. So my dad offered to ***ist, an app was done using him, my husband and myself. The bond was approved. Due to delays with the transfer I was handed the keys to move in and do***ents were finally lodged in Feb, now I get told that the bond cant be registered due to my dad not being on the transfer docs. My dad never signed the otp so how was i advised to have anyone stand with me on app ? Surely the consultant as well as the homeloans dept should have picked this up when processing the app. Now I am faced with having to move out of the property due to a consultant messing up the paper work and the seller not willing to amend the docs. This is completely unacceptable, i was told to reapply and they cant guarantee that the bond will be granted ! Why should I now suffer, due to *********** staff at the bank that clearly still have their jobs whilst messing up peoples lives !

Had been informed at the begining of the application, this would have saved my family and I the pain of having moved into a property under the impression that everythings in order, now to be told that the bank cant ***ist and that I need to move out. In terms of FAIS how do you have consultants that are not fit and proper to provide advise on financial products and services ?
