Merciless Standard Bank

I was on debt review as I am unemployed. Standard Bank cancelled the debt review as they felt I was not paying enough. As soon as I found out I was no longer under debt review I called Standard bank only to be referred to their lawyers. The lawyers asked me to do a payment proposal which I did and submitted on the 8 February 2015. To date I have had no response from Standard bank. In the mean time I have been issued a summons.<br> I have been a customer of standard bank for more than 20 years. Now that I have hit a rough financial spot they have shown that they are without mercy and you are just another number. I have tried calling Charlotte Hlope for the last 2 days and the phone is never answered. Now I will probably incur legal fees and the cost of hiring a lawyer due to their incompetence and lack of compassion. <br>
