Menlyn - Useless branch!!!!!

Menlyn Branch - 25 Feb 2020. Since when does a Branch Manager assist clients with queries, info, etc!?!? Is a MANAGER not there to MANAGE????? Utterly useless branch! All I had to do was FICA, but you expect me to sit - with about 20 other annoyed people - for something as simple as this?!?! I suggest you get a ticketing system like your 'neighbour' NedBank - do not expect me to sit there with No! Time! Frame! Employ more staff and teach your MANAGER to DELEGATE!
