Melissa Segage @ transactional banking does not know how to do her job she should go for training as she does not know how debichecks work whatsoever. She is rude speak over the customer and relay wrong information to customers. I have suspended debichecks on my account and for some reason those debit orders managed to go off my account. Any changes made to debicheck mandates becomes disputable as it is not within the customer's agreement. Debits went off and she gave me some bull story that anyone can still debit a clients account. My money is not safe at SBSA then If Melissa confirmed that anyone can load debit orders on SBSA accounts without the customer authenticating those debits. Wow SBSA either your agent needs training/my money I no longer safe. Still awaiting call from Nomble Joles her team leader/manager but it looks like this Nomble does not know her job either. Pathetic customer service speaking over the customer and telling us lies. How can a suspended debit order still debit your account? Then Melissa has the nerve to lie on a recorded line simply cause she wants to get rid of me as she does not know what she is talking about. ANY CHANGES MADE ON A DEBICHECK MANDATE BECOMES DISPUTABLE AND EVEN WORSE IN THIS CASE THE MANDATES ARE SUSPENDED AND SBSA STILL ALLOWED IT TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. THAT CALL IS RECOREDED AND IB MY SIDE AND MELISSA CONFIRMED THAT THOSE DEBIT ORDERS ARE SUSPENDED AND THAT ANYONE CAN LOAD THAT SUSPENDED DEBIT ORDER ON A DIFFERENT DATE ANDNIT EILL DEBIT AS PER MELISSA SEGAGE IN TRANSACTIONAL BANKING. THAT MEANS SBSA IS NOT SAFE. ANYONE CAN ***** MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AS PER MELISSA SEGAGE.
