Mediocre services

How disappointed me and my family are with standard bank trust limited (Hyde Park). My grandfather had appointed standard bank as the executors of his estate/ will. Ms Sbahle Ndlovu and Mr Dannie Du Toit who have been appointed to assist us have done nothing what so ever to assist us, When we (the heirs) enquire regarding statements of our late grandfather's accounts we get no responses, Every little information is kept from us, then recently a decision regarding the estate was taken by standard bank without consulting us yet sharing such information with outside people. They service is beyond mediocre and I would honestly never recommend anyone to use this company.
