Max spread to cancel account I never opened

Someone opened a bank account in my name so I went to police to get the forms Took 10 minutes Then went to standard bank Cresta because Northgate is temporarily closed because of Covid

Nice force all the people to go to 1 branch and then make sure they stand in line for over a hour just to insure if some has COVID-19 then everyone will get it

And this to cancel a bank account I never opened

Horrible service and it insures I will never get Standard bank account
