Massive transaction fee on my credit card that no other SA banks charge for. Only Standard Bank rip you off like this.

Ref *** Standard Bank card division have charged an exorbitant fee for an foreign transaction on that none of my other credit cards have ever charged for. NO OTHER credit card from the other big 4 banks have ever charged me on this identical transaction. But Std Bank slapped a significant fee on a simple credit card payment. I was given a reference number for my dispute, and naturally no one every called me back. When I called them, they said "the fee is correct". I told them no other bank charges this, but they have no response to this. I am not laying a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman for exorbitant fees charged by Std Bank credit card division.
