I would like to send a special thank to Monica who works in the lost cards department,our encounters started off on the wrong foot and I will be the first to admit I'm a difficult person but she has actually made me respect her and how she deals with clients, out of the people I have encountered she's in my top 3,I just want to thank her professionalism in her work and I know you will pass the message on ,because everytime I have requested a call back she has taken time off her calls to assist me which I appreciate very much.when the rest of the departments thought I was trying to de***** myself she believed that I'm the one and just needed assistance, I hope the rest of her colleagues can learn emotional intelligence cause that's why we trust you with our money, but yeah I take my hat off to her and humbly request she deals with my queries going forward
