MANIPULATED AND LIES FROM STANDAD BANK

In April this year I received a call from Standard banks attorney advising me they are offering a discount if I paid the full amount of R25 315.92 and the attorneys promised to send me letter stating that the account was paid in full. Once I paid the amount of R25 315.92, Nobody can assist me. I receiver an email from Brandon Jacobs from the attorneys office advising me that there is still a balance of R12 188.40 outstanding. Where as std bank offered a discount, std bank supposed to be crediting this amount which was never done. I have been emailing the attorneys since April this year and we received no response. Is this the type of service std bank offers? Lying and manipulating clients to take loans and pay off the debt and std bank does not keep to their promise. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE CALL MR. NAIDOO ON *** TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS WE ARE EXHAUSTED OF CALLING AND CALLING AND GETTING NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM THEM.
