Manager Stinking Attitude

I was in Sunnypark, Sunnyside Pretoria at the bank. Last business day of the month, according to the hours on the window the bank must open at 08:30.<br> <br> The bank opened at 08:45 - a full 15 minutes of my time which was wasted. The staff were sitting around, looks like if they had a meeting. The very same manager turned around in this time, looking at the long queue of customers, ignoring us.<br> <br> When I got to the tellers, they were not ready. Looking for their pens etc. I spoke to this manager, asking him what is he going to do about my time which he wasted. He keep on apologizing with one or other lame excuse. Sorry an apology doesn't make it right. You have wasted my time. <br> <br> I need you to reverse my bank fees for month for the time wasted. ASAP.
