Manager not on duty

I am extremely upset with the Randridge Mall brunch, manger is not on duty on the 15th of December while tomorrow is a holiday. I have been waiting here for over 2 hours waiting for an authorization and still nothing. 2 hours later in being advised to go to another brunch.
