Manager no where to found eyethu mall
Today I was accompanying my neighbor to come collect her grant an she's with her, she has forgotten her pin, which we highly understand that her pin can not be given to her because of her condition.
We asked to speak to the manager an she was no where to be found.
A lady called Zama couldn't gv us there action line number either as she works at enquiries
We don't want the granny's pin as the grandchild knows it, an his the reason the granny had minor stroke as he was taken by the mother
What we asked the bank was they assist with a manual with withdrawal at the till for her to buy some food only a certain amount
