Manager at Alberton city 1st floor standard bank

Hi Team, I would like to take a moment to give a special shout-out to the Branch Manager at Standard Bank Alberton City. It’s not every day that you come across a manager who truly knows how to de‑escalate a situation and genuinely listen to customers. I had a bit of an issue at the branch (which I won’t go into detail about), but the manager was incredibly sharp, quickly identified the problem, and invited me into her office to understand how she could assist. She displayed a high level of professionalism and completely changed my perception of the branch. I truly believe she deserves recognition, as we need more employees like her. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she is the manager at the Alberton City branch. Please pass on my appreciation—she deserves her flowers. Kind regards,
