Make that call please
I am trying get a holiday payment since I am no longer employed and I did the right thing by trying to arrange this in time but I keep getting emails asking for the stuff already submitted. This cant be right. Cant someone pick up the phone and call and tell me exactly what it is that is still outstanding?
