Major problems with Standard Bank payment of beneficiary

Despite the fact that Standard Bank rep**** to my HP complaint, only one of the two problems has been fixed. The long standing problem of being unable to transfer money into my daughter's account HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. It gets fixed for a while and then reverts. This has been going on for over a year.
