Major Drop in Standards! By this Bank , IT CAN BE

I tried using my credit card last month it stated account not linked, again today , I am currently in a Standard bank , on hold for 20 minutes , with the card division , The consultant at the bank told me my account is closed , I want to know who closed my account? and why was I not informed , my account was not in arrears or anything, This is the worse service ever , it's now 30 minutes , came through to Kayleen who told me her system is not working, how can your system not be working as a service consultant this is bad. , IT CAN BE that this is the worse Bank to be with !
