Major account ***** of R 298000 added to my personal loan without knowledge.

Had an 8 year personal loan with Standard bank term was signed to be 92 months and its now on 98 months meaning Standard bank is in breach of contract as they had first said that there was 400 000 left on the loan which made no sense since 5500 has been paid since 2013 monthly. On dispute they then deducted +- 298 000 and recalculated the interest and provided an outstanding amount of 40 000 which should be settled on 92 months. Standard bank has made a massive mistake with my finances that are ******* as indicated in breach of contract they cannot stop the debit and cant freeze the account and don't answer any questions or provide a reasonable explanation for such a massive error that I trusted my money with. I have today moved to FNB and with give this case to the lowers as I have had 0 resolution or assistance since May 2021. Major ***** and thievery with this Bank.
