Mailing address changed on system with with permission
Good day
Once again I’m NOT shocked by Standard bank *********** staff. I received a statement that my mailing address of my home loan has been changed to an address that I moved from 12 years ago. I did not request for the mailing address to be changed nor did I have any contact with your staff recently. They even previously captured a ERF address that was not mine. When I enquired about this I was asked to sent proof of my municipalities statement.... seriously I will not submit any municipalities statement this time around.. because I did not ask you to change anything. Seriously check your systems and get your staff with the program. So if a statement is generated.. then all of the sudden the system does amendments???? That is a huge risk and contravening the POPI act. Please check your audit trail on your system and fix my mailing/posting address ASAP And send me proof that its been corrected.
