MADE DOUBLE PAYMENT BUT PAYMENT NOT UPDATED ON CREDIT PROFILE

I made two payments in December for my vehicle finance,on the 1st and the 21st. To my surprise on my credit profile it says I am owing R3 233.00.

How is this so when I paid R12 000? I need this to be sorted out ASAP.
