Lying, pathetic **** of a bank

My name is Sbongile and I stay in Soweto. I app**** for a loan with thus useless bank called standard bank on the 9th of this month at Southdale and I curse the day I did. I got bad service from the premises to begin with as It took them 2-3 hours to assist me. It is a Friday today and I still remain blank as to the progress of my application. I called the bank today as I wanted to cancel the loan and I was transfered to different irrelevant departments. What a useless and a waste of a bank! I am even starting to wonder if Standard bank is still authorized or has now become a **** of bank! I the thought of how this bank treats its customers frustrates me! All these other banks are way better than this pathetic bank.
