Lying on my credit report

Good day Peter <br> <br> I app**** for a loan. My loan where decline by FNB because according to them I have 3 credit cards at standard bank. So I paid for a credit report and received a report. I have on my credit report 3 credit cards. BUT according to the bank I have only one. When I confronting the bank they dont reply to my emails. Its been 3 weeks nobody is getting back to me. What do you think I can you
